Alan Bavelaar is the founder of IB-Launch, a platform dedicated to helping students and early professionals break into investment banking through elite 1:1 coaching, technical training, and mock interviews with ex-bankers.
After working at firms like Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, and Nuveen, and earning top honors during his MSc at Imperial College London, Alan launched IB-Launch to close the gap between academic theory and the real-world skills needed to land offers at top investment banks.
Since inception, IB-Launch has supported candidates from over 15 countries, many of whom have gone on to secure interviews and roles at firms like Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Evercore, and Lazard.
